Wide choice of scheduling options available via the planner e.g. local calenders, specific cover periods and seasonal scheduling

Graphical planner, delivering a dynamic overview of pre-planned maintenance activities.
Adjustments can be made to schedules at draft stage, via 'drag and drop' functionality.

QAFM resilience

• All data (databases and application server data) are backed up nightly on tapes in the data centre by our service provider SWG and also locally by the Helpdesk Manager.

• The backed-up data is encrypted using AES-256 and kept for 4 weeks.

• The backup schedule is to have a full data backup on Sunday mornings and incremental backups the rest of the week.

• The business continuity plan is tested every 6 months and includes remote working for a minimum 24- hour period.

• The system can be operated via the web or via a desktop programme.
